1 medium saucepan
2 small containers
DIRECTIONS
BACON TROUGH
A1. Preheat the oven to 395°F.
A2. Use as many bacon strips as needed to line the inside of the trough-style casserole dish.
A3. The dish will probably need at least 2 grease drains.
A4. Once the bacon is cooked, take it out and set aside.
Put the corn oil into a large pot and heat to 375°F.
Increase the heat of the oven to 450°F for the fries.
